Stay Highlights

  • Linguistic & Cultural Immersion: The core of the experience centered on staying with local host families, offering students a genuine look into the relaxed rhythm of Polynesian life and daily French conversation. This was complemented by intensive "French as a Foreign Language" (FLE) classes at the Horizons Francophones school.

  • Cultural Exploration: Students dove deep into the heart of Tahiti with a guided tour of Papeete, visiting the bustling local market, the tranquil Pā’ōfa’i Gardens, and the fascinating Pearl Museum.

  • Nature & Sustainability: Reflecting a commitment to protecting the local ecosystem, the program included a specialized coral workshop at Tamari’i Nu’uroa and an adventurous 4WD safari through Tahiti’s lush interior, valleys, and natural viewpoints.
